Good Bones Properties started in 2007 in Jordan Fisherʼs closet. Thatʼs right, his closet. He converted 6-square feet of closet into a home office when he and his wife were restoring and rehabbing character homes with “good bones” (architecturally interesting properties but often with cosmetic issues) in his home town of Pasadena. Since then, the company has grown to become a full-service real estate brokerage and acquisition firm recognized for its expertise in character homes, extensive knowledge of the distressed property market and ability to get deals done for buyers and sellers that others simply canʼt close.
At Good Bones Properties, we pride ourselves on being different than other realtors in almost everything we do:
- We encourage creative thinking, question everything and thrive on solving the most difficult real estate challenges
- We’re not just realtors, but also investors with significant experience buying and selling properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area. We know how & where to buy properties at bargain basement prices for our clients and also what it takes to sell properties for the most money & best terms possible.
- We donʼt complete “transactions” for buyers and sellers but rather build long-term relationships with our clients that to lead to repeat business and countless referrals
- We utilize the strength and depth of our team to work more efficiently and provide our clients with a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish
- We are constantly educating ourselves on the newest real estate developments, trends and techniques from across the county to keep us at the forefront of our industry and bring this knowledge to our clients
- We donʼt finger-point when a transaction gets bumpy (like most realtors) but rather hold ourselves accountable, work with all parties, and utilize our resources to solve challenges and move things forward
- We never lose sight of the fact that the personal service and incredible value we provide our clients defines us as a company

As Jordan says, “Doing the right thing is good business.”
Jordan earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan and his MBA from the University of Southern California.
